MEET THE FOUNDER
SARAH EPPINK
Sarah Eppink is the principal and founder of Aisling Group. Sarah has over 20 years of experience as a talent development expert supporting various industries. She partners with large and small organizations to create talent strategy, develop their leadership pipeline through engaging programs, and support individual leaders one-on-one through coaching. Sarah is also adjunct faculty for Bowling Green State University in Ohio, teaching both undergraduate and graduate courses in the college of business. She is a dynamic, engaging professional who exudes passion for supporting others and organizations as they reach their goals.
